Requirements

• MSc/MA or BSc/BA in Engineering or relevant field;
• Proven experience as a business development or similar executive role;
• Project management capability and track record in complex project development;
• Flexible with a creative thinking is highly preferred;
• Knowledge of foreign languages (English – advanced level, other languages - plus);
• Good communication skills;
• Problem-solving aptitude;
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude;
• Hydrogen experience is a desirable but not essential.

Main tasks

• Identify and drive the development of new H2 and transition gases opportunities;
• Establish and maintain an effective customer relationship;
• Understand customer needs and provide a technical complete solution;
• Implement a business development strategy and sales growth;
• Identify, create and develop strong strategic partnerships (electrolysers, engineering providers and other relevant providers);
• Prepare a full solution offers from the customers needs, ensuring technical and financial aspects, prices, delivery time, trading conditions and performance guarantees.
