Requisitos

• Msc or Bsc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering or at least high school degree in a relevant area;
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar position (business development and project management of mechanical projects – Piping projects);
• Adaptability and problem solver;
• Analytical thinking ability;
• Negotiations and business relations skills;
• Good communications skills, planning and organization;
• IT skills: Microsoft Office, Project or Primavera and ERP softwares;
• Languages: advanced English. Other languages will be a plus;
• Internacional experience will be highly valorized.

Principais tarefas

• Support the follow-up of the new customers;
• Preparation of proposals complying with the technical requirements defined by the client and/or applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
• Kick-off of the new projects, following the final engineering stage, starting the equipment approvals and procurement;
• Prepare the start-up of the projects sites;
• Comply and ensure the compliance of local rules and company procedures;
• Prepare the projects organization charts;
• Develop and follow-up the detailed project plan;
• Make the bridge between the commercial team and the project team.
