Requisitos

• MSc/MA or BSc/BA in Engineering or relevant field;
• Proven experience as a solutions/business development manager or similar executive role;
• Project management skills and track record in developing complex projects;
• Flexible with creative thinking;
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English;
• Aptitude for problem solving;
• Self-starter with a positive attitude;
• Experience in hydrogen is desirable but not essential;

Principais tarefas

• Implement a business development and sales growth strategy for the Modular Systems Business Unit;
• Understand customer needs and provide a complete technical solution; - Define product development strategies;
• Define product development strategies;
• Manage the initial conceptualisation of processes based on customer specifications and requirements through to final deliverables;
• Coordinating progress updates with clients and informing them of any adjustments and cost-saving techniques to improve production efficiency;
• Monitoring the different stages of project management;
• Act as an integrator of a complete solution for the different project disciplines and deliver the final product as a plug-in system;
• Identifying, creating and developing strong strategic partnerships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
