Requisitos

• Msc or Bsc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering;
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in similar position as a buyer;
• Adaptability and problem solver;
• Analytical thinking ability;
• Negotiatons and business relations skills;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• IT skills: Microsoft Office and ERP software (Sage preferencial);
• Languages: advanced English, other languages will be a plus;
• Availability to be abroad for some periods acoording to project needs;

Principais tarefas

• Buying products and services for all the project needs;
• Price evaluations, markets assessments and product ordering;
• Record keeping and tracking of inbound orders;
• Coordinate logistics to assure that the products ordered and the the deliveries to the projects sites are on time and with good quality;
• Prepare together with the legal department the contracts and PO terms;
• Negotiate payment terms and contracts with suppliers;
• Authorize payments and manage purchase expenses;
