Requirements

• TeSP or higher education relevant to the job;
• Experience in similar roles (preferred);
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and customs clearance procedures;
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills and teamwork;
• Knowledge of foreign languages (English - compulsory);
• Proficiency in IT software (Microsoft Office);
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Main tasks

• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations for importing and exporting goods;
• Preparing and checking the documentation required for customs clearance, including customs declarations, commercial invoices and certificates of origin;
• Maintaining regular contact with customs authorities, carriers and other stakeholders.
