Requisitos

• 12th Year, CAP IV;
• Atex, Seveso and Confined Spaces certificates (preferred);
• Knowledge of Office from the user's perspective;
• Externnal evidence of CAP renewal training (30H/100H).

Principais tarefas

• Develop and apply health and safety plans to projects, ensuring integration with the company's integrated system;
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, prevention and environmental measures, proposing improvements as necessary;
• Promote employee training and awareness on safety and environmental issues and interest in preparing them for the integrated management system;
• Collect and analyze suggestions from workers to improve methodologies;
• Carry out regular visits to workplaces to identify deviations from established methodologies and propose solutions;
• Assess and prevent non-conformities, risks and environmental impacts during projects and propose appropriate preventive and/or corrective measures;
• Check the condition of work equipment and protective equipment;
• Supervise the appropriate management of waste to the appropriate final destination;
• Analyze causes and circumstances of non-conformities and work incidents/environmental incidents, preparing the respective reports;
• Carry out employee reception and HSE-related training and monitor compliance with Hygiene, Safety and Environmental rules during project execution.
