Requirements

• Degree/Master in Engineering or relevant field;
• Minimum experience of 2 years in similar functions, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering, heavy metalworking;
• Experience in planning, control and budgeting;
• Experience in the area of production and manufacturing processes (factory floor);
• Knowledge of foreign languages (English - mandatory);
• Domain of computer software (Microsoft Office);
• Organized, ability to analyze and solve problems;
• Attention to detail, proactivity and dynamism;
• Team spirit, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Availability to be displaced in Angola (Luanda).

Main tasks

• Project monitoring, supervision and execution, guaranteeing the client's specifications and requirements;
• Supervision and management of facilities;
• Coordination and supervision of workers;
• Evaluate and minimize the risk of the activities to be developed;
• Promote continuous improvement in the organization;
• Receive the RFQ, analyze the technical and specific requirements of the project to budget;
• Request proposals from suppliers according to needs and promote internal support meetings with relevant departments;
• Estimate costs, organize and prepare final proposals for clients;
• Provide all necessary support in project management and execution;
