Requirements

• Master or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering or another related field;
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in prefabrication of piping and piping supports;
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations;
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts;
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics;
• Good leadership ship and communication skills;
• Strong decision-making skills and results driven approach;
• IT skills: Microsoft Office and MS Project and ERP software;
• Languages: advanced English;
• Availability to be abroad on a rotation scheme;

Main tasks

• Organize and workflows a layouts to meet the specifications and deadlines;
• Define all the equipment and tools for the production proposes based on budget and estimated costs;
• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements;
• Monitor production to solve issues;
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.);
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.);
• Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.;
• Ensure output meets quality standard;
• Enforce health and safety precautions and follow all the company procedures;
• Report to upper management.
