Trust

Mecwide’s technical competence is widely recognized, not only by clients, but throughout the industry, both nationally and internationally.

Over the years, we have become proficient in a wide area of expertise, building lasting relationships with our clients. From the first contact we have a deep knowledge of your business needs and we understand the way forward.

Together we will go beyond

We are here to lead the way and help you get the most out of your business.
Our activity focuses on three main competences that cover the design, construction and maintenance of Industrial Facilities and large metallic infrastructures.

Engineering

We identify the specific challenges of each industrial construction project from the beginning and offer efficient and integrated engineering solutions tailored to each client. Our large international experience combined with the wide range of operations in the market, guarantees a robust solution for any project.

Construction

Our technical competence and diversification of business units allow us to build more complex “turnkey” projects, from the structure, to piping and equipment assembly, providing new standards of productivity and performance in infrastructures.

Maintenance

From preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, we implement flexible solutions to solve ever-evolving maintenance problems, maintaining and optimizing facility performance.

Pipe Rack

Steel Structure to support the piping, electrical cables and instrument cables in industrial units. Typically formed by Steel Elements, it serves as a transport artery for process and utilities fluids.

piping

Physical connection elements (Pipes) between equipment and systems through which process and utility fluids flow. The piping is used to drain liquid fluids, gases, pasty materials or fluids with suspended solids.

Storage Tanks

Static equipment of various dimensions and geometries (cylindrical or spherical), sometimes called reservoirs. They serve to store industrial products and are used for the storage of oil and oil products, or typically as a water reservoir.

Loading Arms

Equipment used to transfer liquid, solid or gaseous products. Loading arms can be of marine or land type and are also widely used for cryogenic products.

Silos

These are storage structures for solid materials of extreme importance for industries. These can essentially store raw materials crucial to production or material discarded from the process.

boilers

The steam generating boilers are large industrial equipment which take heat from the incineration of biological or industrial waste to produce steam.
The energy from the steam produced is used to power up various types of equipment for the production of electricity or powering industrial production processes.

cement kilns

Clinker kilns are large-scale rotating equipment used in the production of cement.
The burning of limestone and several additives inside it, produce one of the main constituent elements of cement.

SKID, PAR's and PAU's

An industrial skid is a unique steel aiming to carry out a process, where piping and equipment are assembled. These are customized and compact systems of metalworking construction, which have the advantage of integrating in facilities or stages of production.

ducts

Ducts and associated elements are used in heavy industry for conducting burner gases, fumes and dedusting systems.
The manufacture and assembly of large duct systems are part of our work in the cement and steel industries.

conveyor belts

Equipment for the transport of solid materials, which aims to make the connection between areas. The industry requirement in the transfer of materials, between storage points (collection), processing and dispatch units, makes this equipment an asset when moving large quantities of solid materials.

columns

Widely used in refineries and petrochemicals for distilling, these are vertical towers separated by several horizontal compartments (plates) at different heights. These are fed by a heated fluid, in which the most volatile components rise to the top of the column and the least volatile components remain in the lowest compartments.
