After two years of interruption, Mecwide gathered its employees again for another MDAY, our team building event.
This day was attended by about 180 employees, where the focus was directed at promoting a culture of proximity between teams and co-workers.
The event began with activities that encouraged interaction between people from different areas of the Mecwide universe, and ended with a themed dinner where the creativity of the Mecwiders was put to the test and successfully overcome, proving once again that we value our slogan “WORK HARD, HAVE FUN, NO DRAMA“.
“Building Our Future Together” was the motto chosen to drive this year’s event, where once again we showed that the Mecwide culture and the pillars on which our structure is based are still part of a Mecwider’s life.
