Installation and splicing of the belt at the main ramps of the conveyor system. This project was developed in 3 ramps, each one about 2km long, representing 8 belt splicing.
Activities Developed:
-Completion of roller installation and fine-tuning of the structure;
-Pulling belt through suspended tables, turning stations including belt splicing;
-Assembly of the motor gear drive;
-Construction of concrete slab for the installation of pulling winch;
-Special tools fabrication to support assembly works;
-Fine-tune of the Gravity Take-Up Cart.
