This project consisted in the upgrade of one of the most vital equipments of the mining complex: the shaft is responsible for the ore extraction from the underground to the surface.
Developed activities:
-Detail engineering support;
-Fabrication of metallic structure, measuring flask and head-chute;
-Method statement;
-Fabrication of special tools to support the work, including a railway;
-Disassembly of the entire existing structure;
-Assembling the structure, measuring flask and head-chute;
-Work performed during a 10-day shutdown.
