Mecwide started a project to install equipment and piping for a biomass boiler, with Vyncke.
The work in progress focuses on the installation of equipment (pumps, fans, heat exchangers, etc.) and the respective interconnection piping. This project has the particularity of using special alloys, namely P91 and P22, which require special welding procedures, such as preheating and subsequent heat treatment to the welds.
It is a project that mobilized 14 direct employees, including welders and pipefitters, with the planning being ensured by Mecwide, as well as all the quality documentation process required in this type of project. It is another project in which Mecwide is involved, contributing to a strong sustainable development of the energy industry.
